With a significant track-record of success in Talent Acquisition. Recently managing a team of 20+ as International HR Director for a global iGaming conglomerate, covering LatAm, UK, European and Pan-Asian HR operations
Results
• I redesigned structure, workflow and headcount of existing regional on-site HR Teams in Europe and Asia
• I built a highly impactful remote International People Operations and Talent Acquisition Team of 12 staff in 2023
• My reporting line achieved capacity to acquire one-hire-per-day by Q3 2023, securing 249 hires between Jan 2023 and Jan 2024
• Managing the 2023 hiring project internally made a cost saving of >1m GBP and gave notable benefits of speed and quality. Agency use was reduced to <1% in 2023. Otherwise costing circa 1.6m GBP in agency fees alone, incurring circa 3x cost of required HR staff salaries, bonuses and additional spend for the full project
• Rapid quality onboarding was facilitated by systemised People Operations efficacy

How much do you charge? | I charge a retainer rate depending on the requirement. I'm happy to share pricing details and discuss options on a consultation call |
